SCHEDULE FOR SUNDAY CONCERT 11/25/07

Gentelemen-

I hope you had a great Thanksgiving with family and friends. Just a final email reminder about our schedule for Sunday and our concert "The Sacred Sounds of Christmas" at Benaroya Hall, Downtown Seattle:


9:00 a.m.- Load busses for downtown Seattle. (ALL STUDENTS ARE TO RIDE BUSSES TO THE EVENT)
PLEASE HAVE-
*your tux and all it's parts, (including, shirt, vest, bow-tie, black socks and black shoes) in a garment back or on a hangar covered by a trash sack or some other bag-
*black folder with all your music for the concert in this order-
1)"Processional: Come, Thou Long Expected Jesus"MEMORIZED
2)"Savior of the Nations, Come"
3)"On Christmas Night All Christians Sing" MEMORIZED
4)"Hallelujah" (from the Mt. of Olives)
5)"In the Bleak Mid-Winter" MEMORIZED
6)"What Sweeter Music"

10:00-12:30 Rehearsal at Benaroya with all singers, instrumentalists

12:30-1:30 Lunch backstage provided by the university

3:25 Line-up for concert
3:30 prayer
4:00 Concert
5:45 Meet and Greet in the Lobby
6:15 Load busses after concert (You don't have to take the bus back to campus...)


PLEASE BE ON TIME- You won't be able to leave Benaroya at anytime, so bring some homework, a book, etc.
