Per your vote on Thursday, we will go with black vest and black bow tie. Some of you were asking about getting a "real" vest rather than the "one-size-fits-all" vest I had at rehearsal...
I went to the tux shop today in Ballard and the issue with the real vests is that they will need your jacket size and it may cost more...
The "one-size-fits-all" will be easier to get and will probably be cheaper if we order them as a choir. I'll have specific info as to cost of the vest, and vest options as soon as they get back to me.
In the meantime, if you need a tux, or tux parts, you can go to the tux shop in Ballard, tell them you are with the Men's Choir at SPU and get measured etc. Give them my name also.
A word about shoes: they do have the shiny black patent leather shoes, but I'm not going to require that for everyone. As long as you have a solid black dress shoe, you should be ok-
